At UK Gold Builders, we take pride in delivering high-quality building and construction services. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are very limited and will only be considered under specific circumstances.
1. General Policy
- All services provided by UK Gold Builders are custom, project-specific, and labour-intensive.
- Once a project has started or materials have been purchased, refunds are generally not possible.
- Payments made for consultations, quotes, deposits, or completed work are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases outlined below.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Services are not performed at all after payment, and no materials have been purchased or work begun.
- A serious error or breach on our part makes it impossible to complete the agreed work.
In such cases, any refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for undelivered services, and no additional compensation will be provided.
3. No Legal Action or Claims
By engaging UK Gold Builders for services, customers agree that:
- UK Gold Builders will not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
- Any disputes will first be handled via mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Customers waive the right to sue UK Gold Builders for refunds beyond the strict limits outlined in this policy.
4. Project Modifications
- Changes requested by the customer after work has commenced may incur additional costs.
- Such modifications do not entitle the customer to any refund on previous payments.
